Jules brings a sense of adventure and lightness to her classes. She moves through a well-paced Vinyasa flow class which gradually ups the intensity to a full power practice. Then just as you feel you've really worked up some heat, the pace slows to a nourishing series of relaxation-inducing asana to finish off a well-rounded yoga practice. Jules believes in facilitating an environment in which each yogi is able to both push their own limits, and honour when rest in needed. This gentle approach allows each student to create a yoga practice that suits their individual needs in each class, whilst being supported to grow by their teacher and community. Jules weaves in her learnings from studying Ayurvedic at Laughing Lotus School, New York, and Power Yoga with Brian Kest, LA, along with a strong foundation in anatomy and functionality of the body learnt through Human Movement study and Bowen Therapy. Join Jules for classes at the studio! Jules is the primary yoga teacher on all our retreats.

Join Jess for a strong and heart warming flow each Wednesday 6.00pm at the studio. Jess is a regular teacher on our weekend retreats to Margaret River and beyond!

Yoga on the mat is a sacred laboratory where we can shed our protective exterior and be with ourselves in a deep and healing way. Jo offers Vinyasa Flow classes that are devoted to creating a sacred space in which we can channel energy towards transformative and life affirming means. This is done through intention, dedication, prayer, conscious breath, sound and movements that reflect radical self care in the truth of the moment. Jo brings into the practice a reverence for the mystery of life and encourage all students to practice with spontaneity by stepping into the unknown. We are delighted to have Jo offering her wisdom through our pre-natal classes at Mandala.
