Where: Gnaraloo station (located about 150kms north of Canarvon)
When: 15-19 April 2017
Who: Those with a love for life, adventure and a willingness to go deep! We take a small group with two Mandala teachers to guide you through your yoga practice.
Why: Gnaraloo is one of the most incredible places on this earth. It's raw, challenging and wild, yet simultaneously holds a beautiful and inspiring space to deepen your yoga practice, your connection to the environment, and a wonderful place to 'check-out' of the rat race and connect with that innate sense of wildness and freedom.
This sort of camping environment can be confronting, but ultimately peels back the layers of our buffers, allowing us to do deep and transformational work in our inner world. If you feel you are ready for a wild adventure to one of the most remote parts of the WA coastline, and connect more intimately to your inner world, then this retreat is for you!
Sleep & eats: You will need to bring your own tent/swag and sleeping gear. We will share in cooking all together - we provide the food (vegetarian and largely organic part from tuna for lunch wraps) but you are welcome to bring your own meat to add to your meal if you wish. Please come ready and willing to contribute to the group with help in cooking and cleaning and general camp duties. Please note this is basic camping - there are bore water showers & loos but that is about it!
Deposit of $450 will secure your place! The deposit is non-refundable.
You will need to submit an application with a little about yourself and why you would like to join this retreat. A basic familiarity with the yoga practice will be adequate, along with a willingness to go deep. All styles of yoga experience most welcome - you can expect Vinyasa, and some Yin practices. We encourage all our retreat attendees to practice at least a few times with us at Mandala before retreat.
*Please note transport to & from Gnaraloo is not included. We will put everyone in touch to organise car pooling. Numbers are limited to a small group so move quick if you're keen!
+ a little about yourself & your yoga practice
+ why you would like to join this retreat
+ any experience (or not) of rough camping!
Please email you application to:
We will then forward information for where to pay your deposit to reserve your spot.

I had a spare couple of days up my sleeve and I was looking for a local adventure where I could spread my wings and explore the beautiful West Coast. I stumbled upon Mandala and their amazing crew who were taking off on a yogi roadtrip. I swiftly jumped on board and we headed off in a trail of dust into the sunset. I was treated to incredible twice daily yoga, amazing home cooked camp meals, boundless energy from the Mandala hosts and of course wonderful life long friendships created in just a few days of rugged, raw west coast goodness. I would highly recommend this Yoga Retreat to anyone who is craving a little something different to fill their soul cup, you will not regret it. Love always, Bridget (Yoga West, NZ)
